The machine is equipped with a high-power laser, which can cut and drill ceramic substrates or thin metal sheets with a thickness of less than 2mm. The diameter of the minimum hole is 100um.
The machine is equipped with an imported linear motor motion platform, the effective stroke of the platform is 500mm×350mm, its repeatability is 1μm, and its positioning accuracy is ≤±3μm.
The machine has the Z-axis dynamic focusing automatic compensation of the laser cutting head function and the air blowing cooling function.
The machine has a CCD vision automatic target grasping and positioning function, which supports a variety of visual positioning features.
The equipment uses self-developed software: strong-cut, the laser energy can be adjusted and controlled in this software.
