The machine is a gantry structure, which has good rigidity, shock resistance and high-speed stability. It has a fixed workbench, cast aluminum gantry structure and cast iron chassis. It also have some functions like flying light path, manual focus, red light indicator preview and so on.
Its components have high precision, good corrosion resistance, good stability and long life. The machine is driven by a servo motor and has a high-speed silent surface anti-corrosion treatment, which effectively guarantees the long-term stability of the motion system.
The software has good performance, which can realize layered cutting and optimize the cutting path. The cutting effect is consistent, the energy of the material half-cut is well controlled, and the maximum cutting range is 600mm*500mm.
The transmission and adjustment of light path are all fastened with screws. The optical transmission has strong stability, fast cutting speed, smooth cutting surface and high production efficiency. The performance and life span are much better than traditional belt machines.
The focusing lens is 2F (1.5F, 3F optional), which can adapt to the thickness of different cutting materials.
