The pole piece material roll is fixed by mechanical expansion shaft, and the machine is equipped with a positioning mechanism for changing the material roll, which is convenient and quick to change the material.
The equipment adopts high-sensitivity dual photoelectric centering anti-offset sensor to prevent the deviation of the coil, the anti-offset stroke is ±60mm, and the anti-offset resolution is ±0.1mm.
It can accurately measure the length of each pole piece. Within 12000mm, the length measurement error ≤±3mm; within 6000mm, the length measurement accuracy ≤±2mm.
